5、【注意事项】 1.上柱前溶液的PH值应小于7； 2.洗涤液中的乙醇浓度不得低于50%，一般55%--80%之间。
6、 3.最后洗脱，可以用去离子水或者TE（10 mmol/LTris-Cl，1 mmol/L EDTA (pH8.0)）。
7、 如果长期保存DNA，建议使用TE。
